Each artwork is one of a kind, so we do not offer returns for change of mind.

If your artwork arrives damaged, is incorrect or is not as described, contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include your order number and photos of the artwork and packaging so we can review the issue.

Where a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process it.

We ship framed artworks across Australia from Melbourne, Victoria.

Delivery options, shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout.

We prepare orders for dispatch as soon as possible. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been sent and may change due to courier delays, public holidays or weather.

Your artwork is carefully packed for transit. Tracking details will be emailed to you once dispatched, where available.
